This honey is perfect for baking, tea, coffee, salad dressings and more Our raw sweet clover honey is pure and sustainably sourced from remote, green apiaries in Canada. We never overharvest or cut our honey with other ingredients [like fructose, agave or corn syrup]. Because our honey is so pure, it may crystallize. This is a totally natural process. To get your honey back to a smooth consistency, gently warm the jar in a pot of hot water and stir.

To simply turn your honey back into a smooth liquid, warm up water in a bowl for 30 seconds in the microwave (95°F). Place the honey jar in the warm water until honey softens again
