Use indoors or outdoors, these baseball hitting aids are UV resistant and water resistant. The Aqua Swing Trainer was developed for the dedicated and determined ball player. It is a 3 in 1 tool designed to improve the swing of all softball and baseball player no matter what the age. Fill the ball with water to increase resistance and build forearm, wrist and hand strength. Fill with air and have a weighted soft toss drill or work on your swing mechanics as it hangs. To fill with water, simply use a Phillips head screw driver and remove the valve plug. Once it is removed, use the red nozzle hose attachment to fill with a desired amount of water. When filling the ball please do not fill above what feels comfortable. If you fill the ball with too much water it will become very resistant and may cause injury when hitting. When the ball is full of air it weighs roughly 3 lbs. and when full of water it weighs roughly 15 lbs. The best part about this ball is its ease of transportation. You can easily hang this ball in the garage, basement, tree, or batting cage. You can get creative with drills or even use it to work out! Anything is possible with the weighted training ball.
