Changing the temperature scale
● The infrared thermometer can display either °C(Celsius) or °F (Fahrenheit).
● Hold pressing the power/scan button about 6 seconds to start of the thermometer, the °C or °F symbol will display and flash on the screen accompanied one beep sound, loose the power/scan button and shortly press it again, the temperature scale will shift to another one from °C or °F.
● Wait for 2 seconds and the thermometer will automatically enter into the measurement mode.
Note:
Please use only for the measurement of ear and ambient temperature, don't use this product for other purposes. It is suitable for the child above 3 months and for adults.
For unskilled users, it is recommended for the first time to measure the same ear 3 times. The maximum reading shall be recorded in case of different results since any thermometer undergoing a continuous operation is deemed to see a slight error of (+/-0.3°C, +/-0.5°F).
