Mobile Cellular Alert System. This system will automatically call 911 when it detects a fall or the user presses the S button. Uses 3G cell towers to connect to 911. Comes with Unit, Micro USB charging cable, Lanyard and Belt Clip. Does not need a SIM card. No Monthly Fee to call just 911. If you want other features such as Tracking and GPS location an Optional SIM Card and monthly subscription is required.
