This wonderful mouth guard is designed to prevent Bruxism and teeth clenching. It relaxes the jaw muscles and prevents teeth grinding, clenching and reduces problems that may cause dental injuries. This mouth guard is simple to use. No boiling or molding necessary. It also has a lot less plastic then the self-molding ones allowing you to breath more freely. To use wash the guard in cold water (hot water will deform the guard). Place in mouth and go to sleep. Enjoy your relaxing night where you can breathe easily and sleep without worrying about your teeth. Please note: It may take 3-7 days to adjust to sleeping with the guard but you will be happy you made the change.
