2. Wet the cotton pad with warm water.your eye makeup remover.
3. Place the cotton pad on eyelids for 30 seconds to soften the mascara.
4. Wet the cotton pad with eye makeup remover.
5. Wait a few seconds for the mascara to dissolve.
6. Then delicately remove makeup by smoothing away.
To apply to your lower lashes, hold the wand vertically.
Do not pump the brush in the container, as this adds air that can dry out the mascara.
