Please make sure the camera is within WiFi distance & your WiFi is not a slow network. About Permissions & Security 1. With location information, it will assign you a server closer to you for smoother monitoring images 2. It accesses photos so you can store and view photos/records on your phone 3. The monitoring image is transferred in P2P mode and won't be stored on any server
